Studio Class Etiquette

  • Arrive for class 10-15 minutes early to get settled (we have blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets in studio, and will let you know what you need for each class)
  • We suggest bringing your own mat {we like: this one or any of these} but we also have some available for rent for $1
  • Wear clothes that let you move and breathe, but – above all! – wear what makes you feel comfortable. There’s no dress code here.
  • Bare feet are the way to go! You won’t need socks or shoes inside the studio, and we ask that you leave your footwear in the cubbies in the lobby.
  • A water bottle can come in handy, and we have a water cooler with fresh, purified water.
  • All cell phones are left in the safe/locked lobby area so you can fully unplug and reset.
  • Classes end at the listed time; if you need to leave early please let your instructor know before class.
